Alma Do Mar both overlooks and is just 700m from Meia Praia beach and is adjacent to the Palmares Golf & Beach Resort, with the Marina and city of Lagos some three kilometres to the West.
The compact but vibrant city of Lagos has a rich architectural and cultural heritage. It also benefits from many excellent bars and restaurants.
The development gradually rises from thirty to sixty metres above sea level, and is less than five hundred metres from the beach. The spectacular topography has allowed us to create a development which affords privacy to the individual villas and also allows each villa to enjoy spectacular uninterrupted views across the bay to Lagos.

This project is commencing construction during June 2024, with completion expected during the summer of 2025.
The guide price is €3.6m, including land, design fees and all construction for a completed villa.

Alma do Mar 15
The design of Alma do Mar 15 has been developed to take maximum advantage of the stunning sea views to the south-west. They stretch across Meia Praia beach and the ocean towards the imposing rock formation of Ponta da Piedade.
A floor to ceiling height entrance door leads to a spacious lobby with integrated storage, that acts as separation between the accommodation wing and living areas of the villa.
Accommodation is provided by 4 principal bedrooms; a master suite with dressing area and a further 3, large ensuites with total area of approximately 29 square metres. A private, home study is also located in this, quieter area of the house, with views towards the entrance gates across a small garden area.
A further fifth bedroom is intentionally located to the north of the building, and could easily be used as a further home office, cinema room, gym or nursery.
Functionality is always at the heart of Mario's designs, and Alma do Mar 15 is no different. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open-plan and seamlessly designed into a 100 square metre space that leads to a large, covered terrace that extends to each of the four principal bedrooms. A 12m x 5m heated pool, additional WC and barbecue and dining area compliment this terrace to provide the perfect space for enjoyment in the sunshine, morning to evening.
To the north of the design lies the technical rooms, for easy access to key equipment, a large utility/laundry room, 50 square metre garage and separate covered, car-port.
