Alma Do Mar overlooks Meia Praia beach and is adjacent to the Palmares Golf & Beach Resort, with the Marina and city of Lagos some three kilometres to the West.
The compact but vibrant city of Lagos has a rich architectural and cultural heritage. It also benefits from many excellent bars and restaurants.
The development site plan is shown below. The land gradually rises from thirty to sixty metres above sea level, and is less than five hundred metres from the beach.
